CHANGE COMMUNICATION CONFERENCE

After a year of major change, redundancies, restructuring and general upheaval, many organisations now have the sobering challenge of re-engaging employees, keeping the momentum for more change ahead and ensuring that leaders know how to effectively drive that change.

Melcrum is holding a two-day conference on 9 and 10 March in London aimed at ensuring that as a communicator, you're ready to face the challenges ahead.

Among the speakers will be Angela Mohtashemi, Director HR Services Communication Practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers, who will talk about what the downturn taught us about organizational change; Penny Lawson, Head of Internal Communications, British Airways, who will talk about communicating through turbulence; and Alana Renner, Head of Engagement & Internal Communications, Post Office Ltd, who will talk about engagement of employees in transforming the Post Office from a loss to profit making organization.

There will also be a variety of interactive workshops on subjects from ‘Measuring effective change communication’ to ‘How to engage employees using the World Café technique’.
