It’s a daunting task, but a Melcrum Skills course next month provides practical training to make it easier.
Susan Walker will take delegates through the research and measurement process, step by step, with the aim of enabling everyone to go away armed with the templates and techniques needed to make measurement work for their organisation.
The course is being held in London on June 12.
